(1) Inlet lubrication area: with circular arc, it is convenient for
the wire to enter the working area.
(2) Working area: plastic deformation occurs during metal
stretching, and the compression of wire section decreases.
(3) Sizing area: ensure the accuracy and uniformity of wire size
and shape, and prolong the service life of the die.
(4) Exit area: at the outlet end, prevent the scratch of bamboo
knots and the crack at the exit of sizing area during parking.
(1) Each area of the die hole shall be smooth without cracks and
pits.
(2) The center line of the die hole shall be perpendicular to the
end face of the die.
(3) The working area and sizing area must be polished after
grinding.
