6 and 12 stranding machine are composed of stranding gearbox, main
shaft, left and right stranding discs, frame, front support holder,
pneumatic braking device and base. Four quartering frames are fixed
on the left and right stranding discs, on which 6 and 12 sets of
reel clamping devices are installed respectively. The tension of
the reel adopts the mechanical tension belt. According to the size
of the wire diameter, the pay off tension is ensured by manually
adjusting the friction force, and the tension control is stable.
In addition, in order to prevent the continuous stranding due to
wire breakage during work, resulting in less wires, an automatic
stop device for wire breakage is installed on the stranding body.
In case of disconnection during operation, the stop signal will be
sent immediately and the equipment will stop automatically.
The clamping mode of the wire reel in the stranding cage adopts the
structure of manual wrench driving the threaded sleeve to tighten
the wire reel, which has self-locking ability to ensure safety.
