We know that copper rod and aluminum rod will harden and become
brittle during drawing on the wire drawing machine. In order to
restore the plasticity of single wire and maintain good electrical
properties, it is necessary to heat treat the wire at a certain
temperature (annealing). At present, the common annealing methods
include: annealing furnace annealing, heat pipe annealing, contact
brush transmission high current annealing and induction annealing.
Each annealing method has its own advantages and disadvantages.
