(1) For filaments with different wire diameters, there are
different speed proportional relationships due to different
friction. The speed ratio K value can be set and displayed through
the parameter setting switch and button on the operation panel.
(2) Generally, the wire breaking judgment of wire drawing machine
is determined according to the potential value of wire hanging
copper rod. Because the grounding resistance of fine wire is large
and easy to be affected by air flow, resulting in poor contact with
copper rod, this method is very unreliable for the identification
of broken wire of fine wire. The system designs the broken wire
discrimination program, compares the speed signal of the wire guide
wheel with the set value of the broken wire, judges according to
the comparison results, and cooperates with the frequency converter
to realize the rapid shutdown of the broken wire.
The system adopts PI regulation control mode and is realized by
programmable controller, which improves the control accuracy of the
system, meets the speed regulation requirements of different
products, and greatly facilitates the equipment debugging. The
control system has been running in the factory for more than a year
and the effect is good. The application of PLC improves the
automation degree and operation reliability of the system. The new
generation of programmable controller can not only meet the
conventional requirements of the control system, but also meet some
special requirements (such as numerical operation, speed detection,
pulse output, PWM control, numerical display, etc.), which will be
more and more widely used in industrial production.
